Standard 1: Premium Kitchen Care Without Compromising Finishes

A professional protocol for safe cleaning and long-term protection of high-end kitchen materials.

KUGO’s kitchen standard starts with one rule: protect the finish. The risk is not “whether it will be clean”, but whether cleaning leaves micro-scratches, dull patches or residue film.

Core principles

  • Material before method: glass-ceramic, stainless steel, lacquer fronts, natural stone.
  • Controlled mechanics: no abrasives and no aggressive pads.
  • Residue control: rinse where needed, then dry for a flawless finish.

Protocol for cooktops & cooking zone

  1. Cool down: work only on a fully cooled surface.
  2. Soften: pH-neutral degreaser/cleaner with short dwell time.
  3. Safe mechanics: glass-ceramic scraper at a low angle; stainless microfiber with the grain.
  4. Finish: clean damp microfiber followed by a dry microfiber.

What we avoid

  • No abrasive powders or harsh scouring pads.
  • No letting chemistry dry on grout lines, edges or trims.
  • No “universal DIY mixes” on unknown coatings.

If your kitchen includes natural stone, designer fronts or high-grade stainless, KUGO applies a tailored protocol matched to materials and long-term care expectations. Send an inquiry and we will arrange a meeting.
