Standard 2: Microwave & Kitchen Fronts — Degreasing Without Damaging Coatings
A premium protocol to remove grease and odors with controlled moisture and material-safe steps.
This standard covers safe degreasing and hygiene around microwaves and kitchen fronts without risking coatings, seals and control panels. We work with controlled moisture and zero residue.
Common mistakes
- Spraying directly onto displays or vents.
- Too much moisture around edges and seals.
- Harsh chemistry that leaves film on high-gloss fronts.
KUGO protocol
- Prep: unplug the unit. Remove tray and ring.
- Controlled cleaning: apply a pH-neutral cleaner to microfiber (not the panel) and wipe the interior.
- Detail: use a soft brush for corners and vents.
- Tray: wash separately, dry fully, reinstall.
- Finish: dry microfiber for exterior surfaces and surrounding fronts.
KUGO uses material-specific steps where required. Send an inquiry to arrange a meeting.
